I'm Hossein Toussi, an engineering leader with over fifteen years in software, spent building products and, more recently, building and running the teams that ship them. I've led diverse teams through product launches at companies including Blinkist, Helpling, Lokalise, and Mindvalley, and I've stayed a builder throughout. These days I ship with AI writing the code, which means I can prototype, test an idea, or unblock a team without pulling an engineer off their work.

My job is to turn a group of engineers into a team that delivers results the business can measure, and to keep delivering as the company scales. That means clear ownership, honest priorities, fast feedback, and the discipline to stop work that isn't paying off.

I develop people deliberately: I've coached and mentored more than fifty engineers and engineering managers across twenty countries. Not because it feels good, but because strong people are the only durable way to raise a team's output.
